Deep Company Research
For each prospect, Katelynn builds a complete profile: company name, size, industry niche, headquarters address, key executives, decision maker, email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn URLs, and a specific recent hook she can use in outreach.
Apply Learned Failure Rules
Before qualifying any lead, Katelynn reads her accumulated rules file — built from past runs — and filters out known dead ends: wrong verticals, wrong titles, wrong company sizes, known competitors. Every run benefits from every prior run.
Warm Signal Scoring
Each lead is scored 1–5 for buying readiness. A "5 — Hot" lead might be actively hiring for a role your product replaces, or just raised funding, or recently had a bad experience with a competitor. Only leads scoring 3+ receive outreach drafts.
Personalized Outreach Drafting
For every qualified lead, Katelynn writes a tailored cold email (with subject line) and a phone call script — including an opener, bridge, value pitch, CTA, and voicemail. Every message opens with the specific hook she found in research.
Warm Lead Routing
When a lead engages, Katelynn routes them immediately — either attempting a live warm phone transfer to your configured sales number, or firing an SMS alert with the lead's full context so your team can call back within minutes.
Structured Output Delivery
Katelynn delivers a complete leads intelligence table (Markdown or CSV), all message drafts labeled per lead, a run summary with quality notes, and any new failure rules learned this run — written back for future runs to use.
